Where they started
Every quote meant a call back. Pricing lived in someone's head, agreements went out as PDFs, payments were chased separately, and customers had no way to see where their car was.
What we built
A public site with an instant quote engine driven by pricing settings the owner edits in an admin panel: distance-based rates, non-runner and enclosed surcharges, VIN decoding, a counter-offer round. Then e-signature with agreement versioning, card payment links with webhook confirmation, branded transactional emails at every step, an order manager for the team, worker accounts and a public order tracker.
