A vehicle export company moving cars from US warehouses into containers bound for West Africa. Off-the-shelf transport software did not fit a container-export flow, so we built the system around how they actually work.
Where they started
Customers, warehouse crews, admins and bookings all needed different views of the same shipment. Generic transport software charged per seat, did not understand containers or VINs, and still left the team stitching things together by hand.
What we built
A custom CRM on a modern web stack with four role-based portals: customer, admin, warehouse and login. Drag-and-drop container builder with booking auto-fill, invoicing with line items, per-staff permissions, customer impersonation for support, warehouse receiving and load orders, and a two-step bulk import for spreadsheets with VIN de-duplication. Row-level security on every table.
